How to use a 5k pacing chart
A 5k pacing chart turns your target finish time into practical kilometre or mile splits. Enter the time you want to run, then use the cumulative column to check progress at each marker.
The chart also shows an equivalent pace per unit and common target times, so you can compare a goal before entering a custom finish time.
Pace per unit = total seconds ÷ distance in that unit Times are rounded to the nearest second for display; calculations retain full precision.
