How the HYROX stations reference works

This HYROX stations reference selects the division you are preparing for, then lists the eight stations in their fixed race order. It includes the published distance or repetition target for each station and shows where the applicable standard varies by division.

The unit selector converts station distances from metres to feet using 1 m = 3.28084 ft. Doubles split station work between partners while both run the full distance; Relay splits the whole race four ways.

Imperial distance = metric distance × 3.28084

Station weights, sled loads, wall-ball masses and target heights are not shown because they vary by division and season. Check the official HYROX rulebook for current standards. The roxzone is the transition area between the running track and stations, and its time counts in the official finish time.
