How the HYROX time calculation works

A hyrox pace calculator needs more than your running speed. HYROX has eight 1 km runs, each followed by one workout station, for 8 km of running in total.

The eight stations are SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls. Roxzone time is counted between the running track and stations on the way in and out, so it belongs in your official finish-time estimate.

Use the average fields for a quick hyrox time calculator estimate, or open the overrides to model different station strengths. The timeline shows the cumulative finish after every station.

Total = (8 × run time) + (8 × station time) + (8 × roxzone transit)

The roxzone is shown separately because athletes often forget to budget for it. This calculator is for time planning only; station weights and divisions are not included.

Can I enter different times for each station?

Yes. Open Optional station overrides and enter any station-specific times you want to model. Blank overrides use the average station time.

Does this calculator include roxzone time?

Yes. Enter the average transition time and it is included eight times and shown as its own split.

Can I use this for doubles or relay?

You can use it to plan time, but the calculator does not model division-specific station assignments or weights.
